Tattoos On the Heart may change your way of experiencing other people and yourself!
This memoir by Fr. Greg Boyle is filled with stories that challenge and inspire. We will reflect upon it online on six Thursday evenings from 8:00 to 9:15pm beginning on August 8. Register via Flocknote at https://ctkpgh.flocknote.com/signup/173646, or use the QR code. Note that you will be responsible for obtaining your own copy of the book, which is available online new or used as a hardcover or e-book. The price varies.
There is no cost for the sessions themselves.
We hope you can join us! Questions? Contact Andy Bechman at [email protected].
Through the RCIA, we welcome adults and older children into the Catholic Church.
The RCIA is primarily intended for people who have never been baptized. We also work with Christians who have been baptized in another denomination but would like to become Catholics, and with baptized Catholics who were not raised in the faith and have not yet received the sacraments of Confirmation and/or Eucharist.
As much as possible, we tailor the process to the needs of the people who are inquiring. The purpose of the process is to help our inquirers come to a beginning knowledge of Jesus and a relationship with him through our parish community. Beginning the process does not imply commitment on your part.
Let us know if you are interested in joining the Church or in helping others to enter!
We usually have a program in the fall and another during Lent in the late winter and spring. Other special programs are announced in the bulletin and on our website.
Would you like to form a book club, discussion group, prayer or support group? Would you like to organize a group retreat? Please contact Andy Bechman to discuss the possibility.
