In the Spring of 2022, members of Christ the King Parish joined millions of other Catholics worldwide as we participated in the Vatican sponsored Synod for a synodal Church. What has happened in the worldwide Synod since then? And what does Pope Francis mean when he calls for a synodal Church? Join us in two sessions during August to explore these questions. The meetings will take place in the St. John Paul II Hall of Saint Joseph Church from 2:00 to 3:30pm on Sundays, August 13 and 20. You will leave these sessions with a better understanding of what may be the most significant positive event in the history of the Catholic Church since the Second Vatican Council in the 1960s!
